The induction week for the incoming MBA cohort of 2023-2025 at SCMHRD Pune, kicked off with an inspiring session, by Mr. Vikas Nahar, a successful self-made entrepreneur and a distinguished alumni of Symbiosis Centre for Management and Human Resource Development. He revolutionised the dry fruit industry in India and is the founder of Happilo, a Bangalore based gourmet healthy food brand.

With extensive experience and notable achievements in the field, Sapna is recognized as an expert in IDM.
On June 12, 2023, Dr. Manish Sinha, the Head of the Business Analytics Department at SCMHRD (Symbiosis Centre for Management and Human Resource Development), conducted an insightful session on the alumni of SCMHRD. Dr. Manish Sinha has been a part of SCMHRD for the past 20+ years.
Dr. Girija Mahale, a distinguished psychiatrist from SCEW, understands the importance of supporting parents during their children's transition to college. In a single session, she provided invaluable guidance and reassurance to parents, helping them navigate this new chapter in their lives. Dr. Mahale addressed the concerns and emotions parents experience during this transformative phase.
The start of the most remarkable journey for more than 400 students began with the formal Induction - Deeksharambh for the MBA batch 2023-35. Completing 30 years of SCMHRD, this batch is called the pearl batch. The Induction was held on 14th June 2023 for the Students admitted to MBA Core, MBA Executive, MBA Business Analytics & MBA Infrastructural Development and Management.
