The start of the most remarkable journey for more than 400 students began with the formal Induction - Deeksharambh for the MBA batch 2023-35. Completing 30 years of SCMHRD, this batch is called the pearl batch. The Induction was held on 14th June 2023 for the Students admitted to MBA Core, MBA Executive, MBA Business Analytics & MBA Infrastructural Development and Management. Conserving the culture and traditional values, the event started with the lighting of the lamp for the prosperity and knowledge of the students and their bright future along with SCMHRD. The guests present for the event were, Dr. Rajani Gupte, Vice Chancellor, Symbiosis International (Deemed University); Dr. Vidya Yeravdekar, Pro Chancellor, Symbiosis International (Deemed University) & Principal Director, Symbiosis; Dr. Netra Neelam, Director, SCMHRD.
The session started with the wise words by Director Ma�am, who made students aware of what these 2 years of MBA would mean to them. She suggested each individual to be the best and give the best. She also highlighted the importance of good conduct which is considered to be of very high importance in SCMHRD.
Followed by Dr. Vidya Yeravdekar, the Pro Chancellor of Symbiosis International University, who appreciated the institute and the leaders for the outstanding work that is being carried out throughout the years and will continue with the pearl batch of SCMHRD.
Dr. Rajani Gupte, shared with students her wise words to grow and learn. She suggested the students grow a network as SCMHRD has given the chance to network with people from different age groups and states and cultures. The event concluded with the Vote of Thanks by Dr. K. Rajagopal, Deputy Director, SCMHRD. .
