Key Administrative Personnel and Responsibilities

Ms. Vaidya introduced the key coordinators responsible for various administrative tasks:

  • ☆ Mr. Rushikesh Kendre & Mr. Balu Bachkar: These coordinators handle bonafide eligibility, issuance of temporary and permanent ID cards, hostel attendance, and other student-related issues. Their role is pivotal in ensuring that all student records and eligibility criteria are meticulously maintained.
  • ☆ Ms. Sharayu Wadhavekar: She is the go-to person for the submission of documents related to student achievements. Ensuring these records are up-to-date is crucial for maintaining comprehensive student profiles.
  • ☆ Mr. Kishor Parkhe: As the Front Office Assistant, he manages general correspondence, letters, and the receipt and dispatch of couriers and parcels. His role ensures efficient communication and logistics support within the campus.

Accounts Section

The Accounts Section, managed by Mr. Sachin Khedkar, Mr. Imran, Ms. Harshada, and Ms. Ashwini, handles all financial aspects including fee-related issues, submission of bills, and event budgets. Their expertise ensures that all financial transactions and budgetary allocations are handled with utmost precision.


Campus Facilities and Guidelines

Ms. Vaidya elaborated on the state-of-the-art facilities at the SIC campus, which include:

  • ☆ Wi-Fi-enabled campus: Guidelines were provided to ensure optimal use of the network.
  • ☆ Infrastructure: The campus boasts four floors comprising 17 classrooms, 7 computer labs, 2 assembly halls, and 2 conference rooms, all equipped with the latest technology to facilitate a conducive learning environment.
  • ☆ Security: The campus is under constant camera surveillance to ensure student safety.

Code of Conduct and General Information

Ms. Vaidya emphasized the importance of adhering to the institution's code of conduct:

  • ☆ Identity Cards: Students must wear their ID cards at all times on campus.
  • ☆ Dress Code: Formal attire is mandatory for official functions. Casual footwear such as floaters and chappals are not permitted.
  • ☆ Vehicle-Free Campus: Students are encouraged to contribute to a sustainable environment by adhering to the vehicle-free campus policy.
  • ☆ General Discipline: Checking notice boards regularly for updates, maintaining discipline, and adhering to deadlines is crucial for a successful tenure at SCMHRD.
  • ☆ Hostel Leave Protocol: Leave requests must be accompanied by an email from parents, as communicated via email to all students.

Examination Protocols and Compliance

Strict guidelines were outlined regarding examination conduct, with severe penalties for any unfair practices. Students were reminded to adhere to all deadlines and submit required undertakings to the Eligibility & Admission Department.
