The students of SCMHRD 23-25 batch had the privilege of attending an enlightening session during their induction program which was delivered by Dr.Rajagopal K, Professor and Deputy Director of SCMHRD. Dr. Netra Neelam, Director SCMHRD also graced the occasion.
Dr. Rajagopal K provided comprehensive guidance and practical insights into the intricacies of the recruitment process like PPI�s, PPO�s , the companies which visited the SCMHRD campus, role of CRT and the importance of honing essential soft skills that are highly valued by employers beyond the technical aspects.
The session also emphasized the significance of effective networking, building personal branding, and acing interviews through rigorous preparation and effective communication. The session instilled a sense of confidence and preparedness into the students and the right mindset needed to excel in the corporate world.
