In addition to this, she also worked on automating business processes with RPA for all the supply chain verticals like planning, logistics, and quality, which thereby included working on supply chain domain’s Forecasting models, automating supply chain processes, and optimizing processes.
She explains that working on those projects helped her gain a lot of insights about the supply chain domain and helped her learn new things every day. It gave her a holistic view of the wholesome business and analytical knowledge. The firm gave her a platform to explore her capabilities and put forth her ideas with constant support and guidance from her mentor. Furthermore, she could reach out to her peers for help which reflected the healthy culture. Her experience was thus both challenging and enriching.
Her past work experience and her understanding of dealing with clients of the business and working with various teams beforehand gave her an edge over others which helped her bag a PPO.
