The students of SCMHRD secured second position at the prestigious MCCIA competition.
The topic for the competition was Skill development and its connectivity with productivity. The participants Shruti Ravinder, Snehal Gaikwad, Shruti Agarwal, and Vileena Jayant took their research through three lenses, namely, skill development through CSR initiative, benchmarking of industry best practices and their link to productivity in terms of profits, impact of technological advances and need for skill development. Taking these results into consideration they made recommendations with measurable metrics for skill development leading to effective impact on productivity.
Their achievement was substantial in itself and added to the many feathers in the cap of the institution.
