Management Lessons from Bhagavad Gita

SCMHRD concludes it’s week long induction program for the incoming batches of MBA 2021-23, MBA IDM 2021-23, MBA BA 2021-23 & MBA Executive 2021-24 with the day long special session on ‘Management Lessons from Bhagavad Gita’Six hours long interactive session was delivered by two experts from their fields.Opening session was conducted by Ms. Sunita Pant Bansal, who has nearly four decades of experience in the publishing industry as She has authored hundreds of books for children and young adults. For adults, her genres cover body, mind and soul, as her forte is decoding Hindu scriptures to show their relevance and application in today’s times.She spoke based out of her book  KRISHNA: The Management Guru on Strategic thinking, Emotional wellbeing and The Essence of Karma Theory and addressed queries posed by the young and enthusiastic minds of students.
Later half of the day was conducted by Madan Sundar Das, M.S. Ohio State University, USA turned Monk and Life Coach. He spoke on the practical aspects of Time Management, Priority Management and Mind Management through reference of text spoken in Indian scripture the  Bhagavad Gitaand discussed relevant lifestyle changes to cope the stress and anxiety and maintain the overall mental and spiritual wellbeing.
With this, SCMHRD prepares the incoming batch for the academic rigor and right mix of Knowledge, skill and attitude required to be successful in the corporate world.
