One of our MBA (Executive) students, Mr. Pawan Joshi feels that quoting low price to gain business is not worth. Operation becomes difficult, team gets demotivated and commitments fail. It is required to prepare operational plan and collect relevant data beforehand and also make process flow map for follow-ups. According to recent research done by Kumar and pansari (2016), published in Journal of marketing research, employee engagement (EE) has positive effect on customer engagement (CE) and EE and CE have positive impact on firm performance. In their research work, total 120 firms including B2B and B2C participated.
