Introduction of Faculty and Staff by Director

As the batch 2024-26 embark on their transformative journey of MBA at SCMHRD , there could be no better way to dive into this vibrant ecosystem than to acquaint ourselves with the faculties who will guide and inspire us along the way. The introductory session commenced with our esteemed director Dr. Netra Neelam, taking center stage, as she made the students understand the art of conversation management and the importance of effective communication, thereby offering invaluable insights that would shape our journey through the corridors of SCMHRD and our professional life later on. One of the cardinal lessons imparted was the significance of discerning what questions to ask, whom to approach, and when.
As the session progressed, Netra Ma'am introduced the students to the esteemed faculty members who will help them navigate through the MBA journey, setting the stage for what was to be expected of them in the two-year stint.
The MBA program of SCMHRD is anchored by a set of extremely talented and experienced faculty members across all the courses of MBA Core, IDM and Business Analytics.
Dr. K Rajagopal, our Deputy director is a multi faceted person. With his invaluable experience in marketing and HR, he anchors entrepreneurship and placements of the institute.
Dr. Manish Sinha, the HOD of Business Analytics, is an integral part of the SCMHRD faculty with more than 20 years of experience and shoulders some of the key responsibilities of the institute.
Dr. Pankaj Sharma, HOD of Finance, Dr Vinita Sinha, HOD of HR, Dr. Vaishali Mahajan, HOD of marketing and Dr. Manoj Hudnurkar, HOD of Operations are all masters of their field, holding key positions of responsibilities of the institute.
The IDM programme at SCMHRD is anchored by Dr. Saiket Deb. Along with full-time faculties of the programme, the institute also hosts a diverse array of visiting professors and industry experts, each bringing a unique perspective and insights to the various fields.
Behind the scenes of every thriving educational institution lies a strong team of non-teaching staff, whose contributions are indispensable to the seamless functioning of the institution. The IT department, the Admin team co-ordinated by Ms Arati Vaidya, Academic coordinators, Examination heads, the Accounts department, the Library faculty, and other staff members form the backbone of this institution whose efforts help the institute reach the zenith of success.
The session made the students familiar with the entire staff team with whom we will be interacting in our two-year tenure at SCMHRD. With their guidance and mentorship, we are poised to embark on a journey of growth, discovery, and unparalleled success.
