On 12th July 2025, we were incredibly fortunate to attend an inspiring session titled "Acing It Through Resilience" led by the dynamic Mr. Bharat Bhushan Wadhwa. The talk was more than just a lecture; it was a deep dive into the art of bouncing back and the crucial role of emotional intelligence in our lives.
Mr. Wadhwa kicked off the session by sharing his personal MBA journey, showing us that resilience isn't just about getting through tough times-it's about finding purpose and thriving in spite of them. He emphasized that resilient individuals are better equipped to handle change, are less likely to experience burnout, and are more productive and satisfied in their careers.
He broke down resilience into its key dimensions: Psychological, Emotional, and Social. Through compelling stories and practical advice, he encouraged us to build mental strength and emotional fortitude while also recognizing the value of strong social networks.
Mr. Wadhwa's message was clear: resilience isn't something you're born with; it's a skill you can develop. He motivated us with real-life success stories and urged us to define our own vision with clarity and confidence.
The session left a lasting impact, reminding us that with self-awareness, consistency, and emotional balance, we can cultivate the resilience needed to excel in our careers and in life. It was a powerful reminder that resilience is truly the foundation of excellence.
