Navya had some previous experience at her family business, and her graduation in BBA helped her develop had an excellent ability to connect with people effectively.
During her internship, she had the opportunity to work on the model of hybrid work culture. Her model was focused on the locations of the UK and Ireland, where she had to understand the feasibility, implementation, policy changes, and infrastructural changes for the same. Despite working in online mode, she grabbed every opportunity to connect and learn from the senior leaders and colleagues.

Her mentor played a significant role in the PPO decision. The connection she had with her mentor within a very few interactions helped her ace in the final review with the senior manager, HR manager of the entire company. After receiving appreciation, she was allowed to pitch her idea to the EHR and then the CHRO, Europe HR Head, and Senior Vice President.

Navya’s advice to the junior team states that one should have clarity regarding their project, which people usually struggle with. Getting sound clarity from the buddy or mentor, asking as many questions as expected from an intern at that stage also helps to make one’s project comprehensive.

Navya believes that despite her first corporate experience, her internship was challenging and fun simultaneously. The culture the company showed and the people she interacted with were mesmerizing.
