Teamwork and Trust: Our Outbound Learning Adventure

Early on June 12, 2025, our students started an exciting Outbound Learning Program at Surya Shibir Resort. We left campus at 7:00 AM, enjoying a scenic drive filled with green landscapes and mountain views.

We kicked off the day with a delicious breakfast, followed by a high-energy Zumba session that got everyone moving and ready for the activities ahead. The day was packed with challenges designed to help us work better as a team. We participated in synchronized relays and a trust walk where we had to guide blindfolded teammates. These activities taught us the importance of clear communication, trust, and working together to achieve a common goal.

After a satisfying lunch, our creativity was put to the test. Teams were challenged to create and model outfits made entirely from paper. The paper fashion show was a highlight, showcasing the incredible innovation and teamwork of every student.

The program ended with a powerful, motivational session from the DSRW team. They reminded us about the importance of mindfulness and focusing on the journey, not just the destination.

This day was a great opportunity for learning, bonding, and making memories. It not only strengthened our relationships but also helped us grow as individuals.
